If you look at the dilution that has happened over the past 2-3 years, when it should have been at it's heaviest, it has been very reasonable if not favorable.

Dilution is a huge risk here at DECN. All you have to do is review the reverse split history and the DECN capital structure here.

Also, why haven't DECN officers/directors purchased even one single share of this "company" since the Instacare days?
