Thank you for the update. Not knowing for sure exact schedule[there seems to be some confusion whether the entire conference is delayed a day, or not], and cost, probably will take your suggestion to wait. Weather here is comfortable, streets and some sidewalks are still a mess. I imagine you are looking at similar state of transportation in your locale.
