First it was "full enrollment " since no one cares about that milestone anymore, it's "first look" then it'll be " 2nd look". Cmon mr. KING, get us a partnership so the dilution can stop and more trials can start!

MD, "hits futility"? Meaning the trial is deemed a failure?

I suspect what we have hear is a failure to communicate. And what was actually being stated was reaching the event count at which time the futility analysis is performed. I.E., they were saying they do not expect PPS movement until the first look.

The reason why I say this is that nobody would really expect the trial to be shown futile so early, probably not even DewDilegnce.
