thanks for the clarification. So, 7 million expire today...not 25 million. I hold several hundred thousand of those warrants. For me, it's neutral- they were to entice my early investment and didn't cost me anything. For those invested in the company (myself included) the expiration does help quite a bit with regards to the balance sheet.
Is this based on closing price EOD or did it just have to trade above during the session to exercise? How the language is worded in the contracts can make or break those warrants.
We do not know if they expired as the company can make a deal with those warrant holders. Maybe they put up $5 million and we give them 5 more years? Or they excercise and we give them more warrants at $3.50....We could hear something soon but inducement or not the person who owned thousands made a mistake not trying to renegotiate with the company. When the stock is $10 in June he will be one unhappy camper.
