Maybe, maybe not.

IAD (Dulles airport) is still closed to virtually all domestic fllights (international flights are arriving). DCA (Regan) is at something like 60%.

So, not many flights, and a large backlog of stranded pax to get cleared out of the way. Hutchins might not even make it into DC till late today or Tuesday.

Whether he makes it or not he is now scheduled to talk at 16:05 today (page 6 Focus Session 1 in link below)....
