cj, thanks. Isn't the chart WRONG?

According ClinicalTrials.com :

An Open-Label, Randomized, Phase II/III Trial of Taxane Therapy With or Without Bavituximab for the Treatment of HER2-Negative Metastatic Breast Cancer

On PPHM's chart HER-2 is marked as a PII only. Quite confusing, doesn't show ANYWHERE that this is or has a PIII part.
