krak, the gardener these days is my 42 year-old son doing all the nice things you mention on the property we used to have...no sidewalk but it does have a 165' long drive that is 12' wide. Down-sized condo living has been good since 2004. "Our" cleaning lady does not understand English[hand waving and smoke signals work], and I am not on the "private server" except PMs here...free today from 4-5 , so I read.
Reagan and Dulles do look deserted, judging from TV screen. Started to stick ~2 pm. Moderate T, no wind to speak of yet.
And I sit listening, watching TV and computer screen[multiple windows] searching for further info on PPHM, GILD and OCAT, and staring out the window. My better half took all business calls at home today.
