WHY?

...simple...normal dilution is not over with yet (yes the EOD is fixed now for conversions...but all conversions haven't happened yet)...so we don't have our new glorious 60m + shares outstanding number yet)

...everyone trading today is trading on a 20M number

...everyone next week or so will be trading on a 60M number

that's a 3x difference when you evaluate your share price
