Can't blame ppl for selling on the S1 announcement, and many want to see how the 35M new shares will impact the PPS... if Eric Fresh delivered, it shouldn't kill the stock, but if he didn't deliver, the 35M shares will drive the price lower and lead to another toxic debt spiral, like early 2015...
I'm watching close and will be one of the first back in large on next huge development. .. waiting to see if that is huge news or huge dip...
