already know that and also know no ownership form 3 filings "usually" indicates more to come so we'll have to wait and see but to claim stock is going to zero is just crazy imo because it hasn't and probably won't any time soon - bankruptcies don't happen overnight and KBIO has low float and insiders can't sell etc...
