Actually, mining stocks may benefit from the recent decline in fuel costs...Of course, you may wish to focus on miners that are in production...and deal high volumes of material. I like miners like Newmont, Barrick, and Goldcorp. BTW By "liquid" I just meant to avoid debt and be in a position to take advantage of historical lows in PM.
