Rico...nice post except I have to slightly disagree with this sentence:

I don't think they had a choice on the timing of the news. The interest payment was due on Friday. If they would have waited until Tuesday for the news, some would have said they are postponing/delaying bad news. I am impressed they did it on Friday no matter how people read it. Shows they are keeping the shareholders informed as quickly and timely as possible. That's a definite plus.

My question now is. What day is the 5th business day? I imagine Monday being a holiday that that day will not count. By my calendar, I think the 5th business day would be close of business on Monday, January 25.
