I think that can be said about any stock.

That was my whole point.
All stocks have forward looking statement disclaimers because it is standard practice to sell up a company.

A CEO or IR who sells down his company wont have the job very long.

All investors in all stocks need to know this which is why there are disclaimers

Selling up what info they give is standard opreational procedure.
It isnt just a KBLB thing.
