i dont wanna talk conversions or warrants.....do you care to guess how much this company is worth? maybe it isnt worth anything?....why would the senior note holders lend 20 million bucks to GBSN...???? it must be worth 20 million bucks? so the share price should be 40 cents per share. not the floor price of 20 cents per share.
