The R/S is 1:100 (one for 100). It was corrected from the original draft that stated 1:500.
This 1:100 R/S results in there being 4.8 Million Shares O/S.
IMO, this is a VERY ill-liquid and unworkable quantity. That is, one can hardly do ANYthing with a mere 4.8 Million Shares. Even more simply-put -- 4.8 Million Shares O/S is TOO FEW. (IMO)
Am I right, or am I right? :-)
Seems like a 1:10 (one for 10) R/S should have / would have been more reasonable, realistic, and logical. THAT would have resulted in there being 48.0 Million Shares O/S, a MUCH MORE WORKABLE and VIABLE quantity.
