But, the common stock value has absolutely nothing to do with the current Global crude oil glut. Nor does it have anything to do with the company having 1 years worth of cash on its balance sheet, and debt that's not required to be serviced until 2020.
The reason we are trading at $0.06 per share is because the company is in the middle of litigation and bondholders are going to be converting debt into equity, if they haven't done so already.
