i think they filed Certificate of Amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation of the Corporation December , 10 and became effective December , 11 , so December 11 should be the first trading day

first trading day (of the 25 trading days) starts when certificate becomes effective which i think is December , 11

irregardless , day or 2 doesnt make big difference in big picture , it dropped from $7 to .25 in short period of time i dont think cent up or down matters that much now pps is about to bottom

That's correct - I called GBSN yesterday and this guy George from Investor relations told me 21 days will be up EOD Thursday, January 21.

I'm not making this up, anyone can call and ask.
