No conspiracy unless one wishes to believe it. The truth is that with all the great and wonderful news and the initial gain of a few cents ELTP has given more than half of it already and will probably dump the rest of it by the end of the day. Isn't that great news; we have a fee waiver; and board of director resigned to make way for a merger or buyout and the stock is doing nothing but go down.
