Maybe... Zero debt is always attractive but I do not think Apple would be the ones. They have ongoing agreements with Alphabet and if I recall... Alphabet a.k.a. google and Apple do not play nice together. I would think Alphabet would buy them out before Apple and take advantage of the virtual reality market and the new youtube channel. IMO that would be the ideal purchaser. One other thought... Sony could buy them out. They are huge in the VR market and making big strides in 2016.

BUT this article agree swith you on Apple buying it out.

girlfriend, I doubt if Apple or anyone else could take out Gpro.

I'm sorry I can't produce the article but I read that Woodman the CEO owns a ton of B shares which have 10 votes per share which would give him 75 % of the voting rights.

Maybe someone can dig this up.

GPRO Share price is TOTALLY different than valuation.You think Woody would let his baby go for anything less than its total value.This is an obscene share price.Prob take a big hit in AM too.I give them credit for necessary cuts and new guidance.They know what they have.Very ballsy.
