hey ATM peeps - SIRG went active last night on nevada SoS for the first time in two years. i think they are on the verge of a mining RM that could be a nice run.

SIRG has historically been fully-reporting, and i expect them to file to become current again.

^^ they likely spelled out what's coming in the reorg plan for their BK, which was dismissed by the judge.

you'll see in the reorg plan their revenues are listed at $80M in the trailing 6 months. i found other latin american financial sites showing annual revenues at $118.24M. also, from the reorg plan it looks like they reduced their OS to 319M, but that's not confirmed without a filing, and all of this is highly speculative.
