You'd win more than the jackpot too when you factor in all the side prizes for also picking 5 of 5 numbers, etc.

It's only +EV if there are no other winners though.

And it's logistically impossible to buy all 292 million tickets. As in there isn't enough time between drawings to realistically do it.

My rough math says 50,730 tickets would have to be filled out and purchased per minute (845 per second, 24 hrs per day) between a Sat and Wed night drawing. Much more between a Wed and Sat night.

[96 hours between Sat and Wed = 5,760 minutes]
