For a bio company, when its sole drug trial fails, it's finished! Don't look at its stock history which is just for expectations, when hope is broken, it fails completely.

So, TLOG has no hope at all. The management will pocket the remaining cash if any and shut down the company. Shareholders will get Nothing!

At September 30 , 2015 , we had working capital of $ 26.1 million and cash, cash equivalents and investments of $ 29.5 million.
