This isn't an ipo quiet period.


It's a regular public company. Ipo quiet period
is to slow buying frenzy or to curtail analyst's
from pumping it up and dumping into it.ipos have a much longer quiet period-duration.

I saw that also. They where ask by the sec to fix some things to that S-1 a couple of times. I think that's why that one took so long.

What the heck is a quiet period for a 3 penny stock company? Really?!? What to be quiet about??? This is not a European company where they receive 30-90 day vacation days. Arg!

Is seems from QS that that the quiet period has something to do with the S1 filling, what i don't understand is that DNRG wasnt filling for an IPO.
