Actually, Powerball odds are much better. The expected value of a ticket purchased this week exceeds the price of the ticket. And Powerball only keeps about 50 percent of the ticket sales versus a 100% chance that PTOI will eventually go to zero.
Why don't you just wait a week or so till it hits $0.01. Rick H doesn't give a shit about this company. He let it get this low so why do something now?
