But these were the target prices (with certainty) that were suppose to appear last week. I even saw a "well done everybody" as if it had actually happened. Sadly, it never did.

What happened? Not even close. Current PLKD pps ~ .31 and struggling to hold .30. Where are the buyers in anticipation of these "buck" and "over 2 bucks" soring PLKD pps prices that I heard about? So the new target is now .80? No more "buck"? No more "over 2 bucks"? Will we see .80? PLKD buyers are desperately needed to provide an exit opportunity for those shares that were bought too high.

Yeah 80 cents would be an epic failure
