Chat room is a great idea........absolutely should still pursue that.......just saying for those of us that (again) can't be around our computers alot it would be helpful to be able to simply get a detailed email the evening prior to the play....that's all. Unfortunately, with such a varied group, finding consensus will be challenging! This group is flexible, however, and I'm sure some type of consensus will be reached!
