Nothing really amazing, is it? It's what SCAMS do... Andy Ritchie is quite the scammer and certainly the others involved.

Jack it up to billions then bring it down, what's wrong with that, nothing according to con men.

I personally enjoyed the issuance of preferred shares right before the R/S and the value of the preferred shares and the voting power for them...that was what was amazing to me. No shame in con men, that's for sure.

What is really amazing, to me, is that these cons think that people will believe them on their next con... oh wait, there will be people that believe the con...guess it isn't amazing.

The R/S brought the total O/S to app 1.45 million shares, not 30 million.

Today's filing means they're authorized to issue up to 130 million shares... given today's stock price I don't think they will issue anymore shares until the pps gets a lot higher, IMO. So.. think about it !
