This is an Indonesian company suing an Australian company - very much doubt any of it will be played out in the USA.
It should be settled out of court and I imagine the facebook and 8K postings are part of the strategy to get some restitution.
There was big plans for adding clients through KINA and now they are getting revenues in from their other channels can demonstrate the sort of business they should have been getting.
Simple extrapolation over say 3 years should give a reasonable settlement now they have demonstrated their willingness to go to court.
I would much rather they focus on the current business channels and growing them until they are ash flow positive (next month?)
The business model is pretty scary in terms of how fast profits mount up with such low overheads.
