We just have to wait for the next 8k stating it HAS been filed. This is the CEO keeping investors informed. Whether a lawsuit is filed or it is done outside if courts, It was good information. I'd rather see it done outside of the courts and they reach a settlement. It would save on lawyer fees and court costs. If they did violate the contract, it will be a nice score for IGEX.
Just like they "WILL" update the OTC current share structure and "WILL" file the late 10K. Not going to happen.....what's it been....4 months. No trust here.
