No filings, no bod, and a uncommunicative CEO. If things dont check out, if you cant verify whats going on, where theyre doing business, like multiple entities at one address. One of the biggest indicators is no equipment. If a company is raising drillions of dollars, clashing their cymbals putting out exposure releases with no substance backing them, chances are they arent legit.
That Texas company might have stepped in XXXX this time. Their track record reeks of a scam for years. Pyrolysis is hot these days even with the oil markets crashing. You have to take the initiative to do your homework about companies that pop up on the OTC. Its (OTC) a unregulated buyer beware cesspool.
IMO most people who have their own broker accounts playing the pennies should really have a broker recommending established companies. But truthfully, those types of companies while making you money are really boring to discuss, unlike start ups.
