No disrespect to you but the deals are reversible. There is a minimum payout to cancel the agreement and Grammercy, Blackrock and Baiyin would no doubt accept any reasonable offer. They are already guaranteed a ROI from their original outlay. What's good about this is now the offer would need to be higher or no deal would be accepted.
