RVNC requires some explanation: It’s clearly not a home-run play, but it does have a lot of cash-buyout reallocation vig, IMO. (I tweeted recently that I wouldn’t be surprised to see SHPG as a suitor for RVNC, after it digests BXLT.)
The other seven picks are the kinds of high-risk/high-potential names (CMRX of the turnaround variety) that contestants often select in a contest of this nature.
