I dont understand what you mean. Assets are nice but they arent worth anything for shareholders when they are in China. Anything thats of value for shareholders is nonexistent here. Not to mention that the company worked like ATM for Chinese bussinesmen while they got the money via dilution. Can you elaborate what you mean by strong balance sheet (or healthy)?
