Lets just see if that's true, shall we?

Accumulation continuing at a higher pace and positive pressure on PPS driving it higher.

On the first day of trading in 2016 the price dropped to it's rightful position at .0001 for half the day, then a big spike at the end of the day as investors hoped to grab a deal before expected huge news was released the next day after months of silence.

On the second day of trading in 2016 someone thought they'd grab some .0004s before the "big news" was released, then the price dropped 25% to .0003.
Shortly thereafter a PR was released and investors were, as usual, underwhelmed. Not sure what to do, the price remained flat on very low volume the rest of the day.

On the third day of trading in 2016 the price opened down an additional 33.3% and remained there on average volume until the end of the day when 6¢ worth of shares painted a green close.

On the fourth day of trading in 2016 the price was flat all day at .002 on abysmal volume of 20¢ worth of shares traded, even after more news was released.

That news was so unimportant the company didn't even bother to tweet about it.

So, about those claims of increasing accumulation and a higher price, we can all see that it simply isn't true...again.
MDIN interest and price so far in 2016 is dismal and right where it was the last quarter of 2015: In the toilet.
