Mokew. I think I know what is going on. At the bar above this post click Boards. You will see a Premium list which is mainly used for non stock ticker boards. And a free list which consists mainly of stock ticker boards.

Your new board was placed in Lounge area.
Under Hobbie Section...........

I think what happened is when you created it, since you were already there, somehow you were able to post the first post.

But when you came back, the system recognized you as being a free member, which stops you from posting on Premium boards.

I may be wrong, but imo that is what happened.
