Why would he sell his shares now if he believes listing in Oslo will be good for the stock price?

Yes but who cares if he sold additional shares that he bought into the market 6 months ago during the upswing. What does that have to do with the issue today and the performance since the news? I was talking about shorting against the box against his preferred share position which is an entirely different topic as you know.
