Could this 100:1 only apply to the shares Scott Haire bought as his purchase price was $.0001/share? More like the 100:1 price.

buggs, I don't disagree with your statement, but in my limited experience, I've never seen a company mention a reverse split of 100:1 in a document and then change it to a 20:1 or 50:1 reverse split.
