it's moot. they say they will ".. begin the audit process.." before the Form 10 filing.

how long will that take? where will they get the money to do it? is there an auditor out there with a sense of humor who would be willing to put his name on this piece of garbage?

I seriously doubt the audit will ever happen, much less an actual filing.
