At least the stock price didn't go down because of bad news about the company. It went down because of convertible notes, and nothing exciting has happened since then to bring it back up. I don't think updates saying "We're working on exciting stuff" would have done much either. A solid update with names and details will do the trick. Hopefully that's what is coming. If Rusty had to get permission from another company to share news, that probably means a deal is already done. It probably just hasn't gone into effect yet. The beginning of the year is a good time for a deal to start, or after a company get's their previous year's financials figured out. The later could be by the end of the month or beginning of February. Also if the later is true it doesn't mean he won't get permission to announce something before it officially goes into effect. I do expect something soon.
