No doubt man remember the closing cash for the acquisition/merger was like 15% discount convertibles that is not toxic, this is the real deal and other financiers forgave and/or exchanged debt for stock and returned 30m shares to treasury .. These guys are going for sustainable growth and shareholder trust... $$$$
