And then they put it in paint, dye, resin, etc. I have read the patent.

But, back to it... It doesn't matter if it is encapsulated. Either it is in a polar molecule which will be destroyed by current or in a non-polar molecule which will be destroyed in the solvents used to make the paint, dye, resin, etc.

The copper wire being stolen is not the wiring in your house. It is high power, high current transmission line.

And, no matter, current generates fields that damage organics regardless of what magical substance they are in.

DNA is "encapsulated" in living tissue, inside houses, hundreds of feet away is damaged by power lines. DNA directed painted onto the wire, inside Kryptonite, stands no chance.

But, like I said, this is used for wire in storage or transit NOT actively used lines. And, again, you just need commonly available dye for that.

on copper, DNA and highwire

(very) Old electricity main infrastructure still has copper, whereas any modern infrstructure hasnt anymore....the powerconducting lines mostly madeup of a steal core and aluminium But, even in the upgraded and sometimes modern ones, often the Lightningwire is still made of copper. No DNA-destruction there haha!!

So it´s not about stock and transport (alone)

This picture btw is a dutch one where Tennet has been protecting their infrastructure since 2010/2011 against copperthieves, in this case with our competitor from he UK, SelectaDNA.
Good news is still lot of infrastructure to protect, and APDN is in the European electricityinfrastructure picture. Not the biggest news yesterday, but at least one telling APDN is still very much alive in this particular business. Let´s have other big news soon
