Ok, and that would be great, so were preventing them from becoming competition. But like I mentioned before, supposedly nothing is stopping TMMI from moving forward, TMMI has the code now; so after TMMI wins the injunction than what is suddenly different, how will this all of a sudden make TMMI viable, profitable, and a company on the rise, what would change?
