Just a few extra thoughts:
1. The question is based on a premise which is not verifiable. We actually do not know if any member of TCG is looking into the technology at present. They may be. We also know there is little prospect of an answer. The fact there is no knowledge does not demonstrate that nothing is happening, nor that something is happening. So we can learn nothing and go nowhere with actually answering this question.
2. The technology developers are not the expected first customers, by the way, and may not have the characteristics best suited to early adoption. As I understand it, the types of groups with the right characteristics are in the government, and the financial, healthcare and manufacturing industries.
3. The product portfolio is incomplete in the absence of Momentus FDE and the TNC software and the mobile software. If you know this, you might wait until they are available.
4. SKS suggested to look for upgrade revenues in 2007, with an outside bet for this year. I aim to look for them no sooner than next year. If something comes sooner, great. But no point in building expectations.
5. The key until Q2, 2007 is to watch for confirmation of the the 10 cent and 40 cent volumes, and additions to those volumes. Seagate will probably have a two-tier model of this kind. So there should be some additions there. Wave's building the trust network. This is a good time. I'm confident.
6. By his tone, it sounds like Nomad is a little desperate for validation of Wave's progress. I'm not in that frame of mind. But I know it is difficult to deal with. Nomad, I suggest you waste less time reading Yahoo. It's only designed to screw you around and waste your time.
