That stockholder would have to be Siegel...but I can't see Siegel being that generous so Inwould guess the company itself .

Goh just filed an amended Form 4 today that said original was filed 4/29/15. A check of the records shows no filing was ever made in April.

Says he owns 38,000+ shares. Would have to dig thru some paperwork to find out what he was granted and if he received a big discount in price as well.
