My personal experience in this space says the collaboration started at minimum many months (say 9) to 15+ months prior to the announcement. This includes courtship, tire kicking, first dance at prom, etc.

We are almost 2 years after the CC where CEO King said they had a couple of dozens of partnerships (had=at that moment they already had that couple of dozens).

And if your time-frame of the PPHM language changes is correct yhen it may be important to notice that PPHM certainly in that time window AT LEAST must have seen the value of those partnerships (we were still BEFORE the MSK and AstraZeneca deal) because CEO King said at that time that once enrolment of SUNRISE was done they would increase the effort in closing even more partnerships.

If we see more and more KOL's and people with reputation (e.g. from Rutger's) etc show up on round tables and conventions and we see a small company as PPHM entertaining the MSK team on their boot then they must for sure have some deeper relationship then the one have I with some of my girl friends. I mean 'deeper' in the sense of 'profound' :)

Why Peregrine also starts to deliver the chair persons of track, something we seldom, if ever, saw before.
