If the company has a week like SBF* had last week, where hundreds of millions of SHARE VOLUME hits on some NEWS... the seller will lose all his shares, and the stock will be turned loose to find fair market value...
Most of us believe that is well over .10 per share, based on 3 quarters SEC 10Q filings so far...
Should be a good year, as the seller does seem to have slowed way down now that the price is so low...
Tax loss selling was probably another reason the stock was under pressure late in the year... That is gone now also!
Ah, but it does matter, as I believe there is but one seller to speak of who has been dumping, but this former insider has no clue what is coming for the company, lest he would not be selling. ;-)
