And do you suppose they can update the OTC site with the current A/S and get the late filing submitted? I doubt it...scams don't work that way.

So we can expect another fluff PR. This scam needs to get the priorities right. Increased revenue PRs are taken as lies when you can't even stay current with filings....or don't bother to post current share structure.
