The FDA supplement enforcement “division” has been elevated to “office" status, a move that could mean more resources, more enforcement and more expectations.
"The move takes enforcement up from “division” status in the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition and could provide better attention and enforcement. A joint press release commending the agency for the move was signed by the American Herbal Products Association, the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, the Council for Responsible Nutrition, the Natural Products Association and the United Natural Products Alliance. The groups had made the request in writing in August.....

Yesterday's trading was a mildly pleasant surprise for me. Kind glum about any immediate progress. I'll take our hanging in the low threes. Today's kind of expected. Nuther canary in the coal mine indicator is the number of shares trading over at Interactive Brokers for short transactions. 50% of there holdings put into play since last night. They dropped from 200K to 100K as of 9:17 this morning. They were still holding there at 10:30, steady now through 1:30 here's a link if anybody has a yearning to short us (^#$&@!). Right at 2.5 days to cover.

DNA barcoding equates to our Fiber and PimaTyping, where we verify the raw product, than apply our SigNATRE T marking. The marking quickly identified at processing points along the supply chain. IMHO that would work well in the raw supplement supply chain as well.
