like you said earlier "then they can do some conversions while diluting the stock to the minimal otherwise their piggy bank is going to be gone soon like so many others otc stocks"
those convertible notes will just increase the share structure again AND all price increases will be met with massive shares dumped by note holders. already suffered a 1:2000 reverse split. The reverse split was done by surprise, without warning. Whose to say that won't happen again?
