LL Bean has always done a great job imo and I have been shopping with them for years.
My wife wanted a sweater and flannel shirt from them that she saw in their holiday catalog. SOLD OUT ON LINE.
Found the sweater in their outlet store in NJ and the shirt in Freeport. Customer service had me hold while they pulled the items off the floor. Then they just billed them and shipped them to my account with them.
I wasn't on the phone with either store for longer than 5 minutes.
You don't find customer service like that these days.
